1. Warranty Coverage & Eligibility

This Limited Warranty is issued by OUXI (the “Company”) and applies exclusively to new OUXI electric bicycles purchased from authorized OUXI retailers or directly from the official OUXI website (ouxi-ebike.com). This warranty is valid only for the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable to subsequent owners unless explicitly stated.
The warranty period commences on the date of delivery to the original purchaser.


2. Warranty Period & Covered Components

Aluminum Alloy Frame: Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Carbon Fiber Frame: 5-year Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Electric System Components
Motor, Battery, Controller, Display: 2-year Warranty.
Non-Electrical Components
Fork, Handlebars, Stem, Saddle, Seat Post, Brakes, Derailleur, Crankset: 1-year Warranty.
Note: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. It does not cover degradation due to age, charge cycles, or improper use.


3. Exclusions from Warranty

This warranty does not cover:
Normal Wear & Tear Parts: Tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, cables, bearings, spokes, sprockets, and rubber grips.
Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, paint fading, or decal damage.
Damage from Accident, Abuse, or Misuse: Including collision, water submersion, overloading, stunt riding, or use outside intended purpose.
Unauthorized Modifications: Drilling, welding, or installation of non-OEM parts that alter the bike’s design or performance.
Improper Maintenance: Failure to follow maintenance instructions in the Owner’s Manual.
Damage from External Factors: Corrosion, rust, theft, vandalism, or Acts of God.
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand markets.


4. Warranty Remedies

During the warranty period, OUXI will, at its sole discretion:
Repair the defective part or product.
Replace the defective part with a new or refurbished equivalent.
Issue a partial refund or credit.
Replaced parts become the property of OUXI. Labor costs, shipping fees, and installation charges are not covered under this warranty.


5. How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a claim:
Contact OUXI Customer Service at support@ouxibike.com.
Provide:
Original order number or proof of purchase.
Detailed description of the defect.
Clear photos/videos showing the issue.
Follow instructions provided by OUXI support for return or inspection.
The Company reserves the right to assess all claims and determine eligibility.


6. General Provisions

This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for defective products.
OUXI shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
